Welcome!
The WHS Spirit Booster Club is a volunteer based organization that provides fundraising opportunities to the Wetumpka High School cheerleading and dance team members and their families. Monies raised are used to offset the costs of uniforms, competition fees and other expenses, as well as supporting the WHS Athletics Department. Regular monthly meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 6 pm in the WHS Commons.
LITTLE MISS WETUMPKA PAGEANT
Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Wetumpka Performing Arts Center
(Time to be announced at the workshop)
Pageant is open to all contestants that attend school or are zoned to attend school in the Wetumpka Public School System.
Divisions
Petite Miss Wetumpka: Grades K-2
Little Miss Wetumpka: Grades 3-5
All contestants MUST ATTEND the MANDATORY PAGEANT WORKSHOP
Tuesday, February 16th, 2010 at the WHS Commons Area at 6:30p
Entry fee is $35 per contestant and must be paid at the workshop. Entry forms and rules will be distributed at the workshop.
(Refunds will be considered only in the case of an emergency with the Little Miss Wetumpka Committee approval).
Dress
Holiday or heirloom type dresses
Contestants will be judged on the following criteria:
Physical appearance, personality, poise, behavior and punctuality

CONGRATULATIONS CHEERLEADERS!
On Sunday, December 6, 2009 the cheerleaders traveled to Birmingham to compete in the Cheersport Championship where they placed 2nd in their division. Among their competitors were Prattville High School and Auburn High School.
